bmax Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to bmax. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bmax online gaming platform, accessible at bmax.wine, and all associated services including games, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and the VIP Club. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and bmax ("we", "us", "the Platform").

To register and maintain a bmax account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be registering as a private individual for personal recreational use — not on behalf of a business, group, or any third party.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with bmax that remains in force.

3. Account Registration

When you register a bmax account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods — secure and confidential. bmax will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as an attempted fraud and report it to our support team immediately.

Key account rules:

• One account per person: Operating multiple bmax accounts, whether in your own name or using other identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Account sharing: Your bmax account is personal to you. Sharing your account credentials with any other person is not permitted. Activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
• Account accuracy: Providing false information — including a fake date of birth, name, or payment details — is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds pending investigation.
• Name matching: Your bmax account name must match the name on your payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts or wallets that do not match your registered identity.

4. Deposits and Payments

All bmax transactions are denominated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). bmax accepts deposits via the following methods:

bmax does not charge fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing. All deposited funds are credited in PKR at the time of receipt. bmax does not apply any currency conversion.

Deposits must come from an account, wallet, or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from another person, is not permitted and may constitute money laundering, which bmax is legally obligated to report.

bmax reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restriction pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not discretionary. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, bmax will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times at bmax:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Standard accounts — under 10 minutes. VIP members — instant.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–24 hours depending on receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank.

Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier:

bmax does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed the required identity verification for their tier. Pending verification, withdrawal requests are held rather than declined — they process automatically once verification is approved.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bmax offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the specific promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is always displayed before a bonus is accepted.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bmax bonus can be active per account at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active cancels the active bonus.
• Game contributions: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution table is displayed on each promotion page.
• Maximum bet: While a wagering requirement is active on your bmax account, the maximum bet per round is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets above this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
• One welcome bonus per player: The first deposit welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim it multiple times is treated as bonus abuse.

bmax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the wagering requirement, any bonus funds at that time are forfeited, but real-money winnings already cleared through wagering remain accessible.

7. Game Rules

All games on bmax are provided by certified software studios and operate under independently audited RNG systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and are visible before entering the game. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.

In the event of a dispute between the game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on bmax's server, the server-side record is authoritative. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, stop play immediately and contact bmax support. Do not continue playing a game you believe is malfunctioning — continued play in such circumstances is at your own risk.

Disconnections during live casino sessions are governed by the specific game studio's disconnect policy. bmax will apply the studio's official resolution protocol in all such cases. For crash games, the platform records your cashout request with a server-side timestamp — if your cashout was registered before the crash event, it will be honoured regardless of your connection status.

bmax does not allow bets to be placed, altered, or cancelled outside of the permitted betting windows for each game. Any bet placed outside these windows is void and the staked amount is returned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bmax. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to law enforcement where required:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bmax games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or mis-priced odds. Any winnings generated from a known exploit are void and must be returned.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your true location or identity when this is used to circumvent bmax eligibility checks or geographical restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using bmax for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account or engaging in any form of unauthorised system access.
• Communicating with bmax staff or other players in an abusive, threatening, or discriminatory manner.
• Deliberately abusing bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value (commonly called "bonus hunting" or "gnoming").

If bmax identifies prohibited conduct that has already generated a withdrawal, we reserve the right to recover those funds by deducting them from future deposits or pursuing recovery through appropriate legal channels.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

bmax may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months). bmax will attempt to contact you before closing an inactive account. Any balance remaining in an inactive account will be held for 36 months before being treated as dormant and donated to a responsible gaming charity.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited pending investigation. Where bmax determines that a player is not in breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

A player who believes their account has been suspended incorrectly may appeal by contacting support@bmax.wine within 30 days of the suspension notice. bmax will respond to all appeals within 5 business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Takes effect immediately and cannot be raised without a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Reminders: Time-based alerts that notify you when a set session duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Account is re-activated automatically once the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Full account block for periods from 6 months to permanent. Takes effect within minutes of request and cannot be overridden during the exclusion period regardless of reason.

bmax staff are trained to identify behavioural indicators of problem gambling and may proactively apply limits or reach out to players where concern arises. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bmax's liability to any player for losses arising from use of the platform — including game losses, technical errors, payment delays, or service interruptions — is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmax is not liable for losses that result from:

• Your failure to follow these Terms or game-specific rules.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• External circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or acts of government.
• Your own decisions — including betting decisions made in the normal course of play.

Nothing in these Terms limits bmax's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

13. Changes to These Terms

bmax may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Display a notification on the bmax platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send an email notification to your registered address for significant changes.

Continued use of bmax after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the effective date. Your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method upon account closure in such circumstances.

Minor corrections — such as fixing typographical errors or clarifying existing provisions without changing their substance — may be made without formal notification, though the updated date will always reflect the most recent revision.
